The full scoring criteria are laid out on our methodology page, and every listing is scored against the same standard. A business can contact us to correct factual errors in its own listing (a wrong phone number, an outdated address, a service that’s no longer offered), but it cannot edit its own score, sentiment summary, or ranking position. That separation is what keeps the rubric meaningful.

If a listing has no sponsorship label, none exists.
